Our deluxe suite was like stepping back in time, with breathtaking views of the piazza. The Christmas market added a magical touch, with delightful sounds and smells outside our window. Yvonna’s restaurant tip was the highlight of our trip! Can't recommend this enough! 🎉

historic furnishings, stunning views of the piazza, captivating atmosphere of local festivals
There should be a portable air conditioning unit!!! The low bathroom entrance is a safety hazard that needs addressing!!! Cluttered suite with excessive furniture diminishes the charm!!!

Ludovico greeted us warmly upon arrival. He secured a reservation for us at a fantastic local restaurant, which was a wonderful touch. The Deluxe Suite truly felt like stepping back in time with its majestic decor. The breathtaking view from our window showcased the stunning Renaissance architecture of Montepulciano. Although the room was impressive, I found that navigating the steep stairs to the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it was hot at night, as we only had air conditioning in the bedroom, making it uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was delightful, with fresh options and heavenly coffee that got our day started right. Excellent customer service throughout enhanced our stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring Montepulciano with my family, especially my granddaughter. We loved trying the cooking class they offered. it was truly a highlight. The decor made us feel like we were in a storybook.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

The stay featured a warm and welcoming staff that went above and beyond, serving a delicious meal when dining options were limited due to a local festival. The room was comfortable and clean, with beautiful views of the town, making evening walks after tourist hours particularly enjoyable. However, navigating parking during festivals was challenging, and the room was a bit smaller than expected, requiring stairs to reach the bathroom.

This was just a fitting option for a city holiday in Montepulciano with very good value for money. I appreciated the warm hospitality when the staff quickly made us a simple meal after we arrived starving due to a local festival. Make sure to check parking options ahead of time as they can be a hassle during events.

The location was ideal, right across from the cathedral in the central square, providing breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The suite felt like a journey back in time, beautifully furnished with antiques that added a charming touch to my stay. The breakfast offered a delightful array of homemade options, paired with heavenly coffee that kick-started my mornings perfectly.
The only downside was that Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent throughout my stay.

Couple luxurious experience
The breakfast was homemade and fresh, thanks to Valentina, who paid attention to every detail. We had a moment when we opened the windows at sunset, and the view of the hills and vineyards felt like we were stepping into a painting.
It wasn't inexpensive, but for what we received, I think it was alright.
