Although the room was impressive, I found that navigating the steep stairs to the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it was hot at night, as we only had air conditioning in the bedroom, making it uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was delightful, with fresh options and heavenly coffee that got our day started right. Excellent customer service throughout enhanced our stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring Montepulciano with my family, especially my granddaughter. We loved trying the cooking class they offered. it was truly a highlight. The decor made us feel like we were in a storybook.
